Just a quick ASTANA LUMAYAN update. I have finally signed that all important Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA) over the weekend :)
Thanks to the ever helpful legal team of Sharmin Pang Ong & Partners for their efficient and friendly service. Now just waiting it to be stamped and hand delivered to me in next few days for the next stage of the process i.e. securing financing. Wish me luck guys!

How much is your SPA Legal Fees and Loan legal fees?
The SPA legal fees is RM2,138. I dont know about my loan legal fees yet

loan legal fees about 4k++..how about u all guys?
Loan Legal fees can ask for around 30% discount. If you loan more, maybe can get 50% discount.
Use personal lawyer will be cheaper if compare to developer lawyer.
i'm using the developer lawyer...
but i haven't showed up to the laywer. i was called to sign the spa on last saturday. will there be any prob with it?
i think for those who doesn't have any personal lawyer, then it's advisable to engage the developer's legal team. it'll be much easier & more efficient.
just that i have observed several other projects (by other developers) offering free legal fees for SPA (fees being absorbed by developers). i'm wondering why our developer does not absorb the SPA legal fees?
It appears that Danau Lumayan engages in various lawyers to process the SPA. If you are not sure which was appointed for you, you can refer to your earnest deposit invoice/receipt.

Anyone already get the stamped copy of SPA? Anyone completed the loan agreement with lawyer as well? Because I still haven get the both copy from lawyer.
